CellHub Pro is a Windows desktop app. Sales, customers and inventory are stored on your store’s own computers by default. The CellHub online account handles your subscription, license activation and downloads, and does not receive your customer or sales records. Some optional features (Companion, the AI assistant, crash reports, email) can send limited data when they are enabled or used. See the Privacy Policy.

What happens when the internet goes down?
You keep selling. Your records are on your store’s own computers, and your registers talk to each other over your shop’s network. The license needs to refresh online from time to time: offline, the app keeps running until the license end date shown in My CellHub; after that it opens read-only until it can renew, and nothing is deleted.
Does my customer data go to the cloud?
Your sales, customers and inventory are stored on your own computers, not in CellHub’s cloud. The CellHub online account handles your subscription, license activation and downloads, and does not receive your customer or sales records. Optional features can send limited data when you use them: Companion relays store summaries only if you pair it, the AI assistant sends context to the AI provider you set up, and crash reports are pseudonymous and can be turned off. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can I set my own commission rates?
Yes. Set each carrier’s rate in Settings. Reports count that commission as your revenue, never the plan payment itself.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows 10 or 11 computer for each register. Pilot dealers get two computers per invitation; the count for public plans will be on the pricing page when they open.
